How to make pepper sauce with peanut butter machine
Pepper sauce is a western seasoning which takes fresh pepper as the main raw material and scientifically blended with fruits, vegetables and spices. The product can not only retain the inherent nutrient components of fresh pepper, but with unique flavor and soft texture.
The following are the points when using peanut butter machine to make pepper sauce
1, Material selection: use fresh and fleshy peppers with flush color. Peppers of both sweet and spicy are better.
2, Clean and drain the peppers, then remove the pedicle and get the peppers broken into small pieces of about 1cm with the crusher. Pickle peppers of each 100kg with 20 to 25kg of salt and join alum of 0.05kg. Put peppers and salt layer by layer and increase the amount from the bottom up.

5, Mixing and seasoning: fully mix the hot pepper paste, fruit and vegetables processed in (2) and (3), and then add the spice mix made in (4), and finally add flavor and preservatives.
6, Grinding and curing: process the material with peanut butter machine for micro refinement into homogeneous semi fluid and place them in a sealed tank for storage for a period of time in order to make all kinds of raw materials for further mixing and curing.
7, Filling: fill the sauce in the fine mouth bottle with a filling machine.
